Job description
Working directly with the Head of International Solutions Department or a Managing Consultant/Solution Lead, you will contribute to the operational development of Observia internationally.
You will be in charge of conducting Observia's consulting projects:
- You will be in charge of the coordination and realization of projects, from start to recommendations, ensuring that deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations.
- You will carry out all the necessary investigations (including literature review, surveys, in-depth qualitative interviews with all relevant stakeholders, workshops and focus groups), in collaboration with the project team, to generate meaningful insights.
- You will be in charge of the analysis and synthesis of all collected data, including statistical analysis whenever needed.
- You will participate in client relationship management, playing an active role in all regular follow-up and steering committee meetings.
- You will be responsible for the elaboration and presentation of the strategic recommendations and actionable insights delivered to our clients.
- You will participate in the design of the methodology and follow-up of the planning and budget of the project.
- You will be trained in Observia methodologies, including application of behavioral sciences.
Examples of consulting projects you will conduct include (non exhaustive):
- Understanding patient pathways (medical, behavioral and emotional dimensions) and patient lived experience, relying on our proprietary tools.
- Developing and implementing strategies for patient-centric solutions, including patient support programs
- Working on strategic internal Observia projects
Job environment
- Location: Offices are based in Paris with an attractive working from home policy
- Type: permanent contract (full-time job)
- Salary: according to profile (36-42 k€ per year for a junior position) with salary progression linked to the company's growth and the performance of the position holder.
- Variable: correlated to the performance of the individual and the company. Terms and conditions to be defined.
- Some international travel to be expected depending on the projects
Required profile
- Education: Master’s degree in business / engineering school with an appetence for the health sector or Doctor of pharmacy, with a specialization in industry.
- Experiences: 1-4 years of successful professional experience in the consulting sector, preferably in healthcare or in life sciences.
- Languages: English and French are a prerequisite. Fluency in a third language is also an asset.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication (written and oral) skills. Knowledge in statistics would be a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good command of other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word) required.
- Required soft skills: work organization and rigor, curiosity, pragmatism, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills and taste for teamwork. Autonomy, initiative, friendliness, and great flexibility will be essential for good integration within a small structure.
